ATLANTA (AP) - A new lawsuit claims Georgia's electronic touchscreen voting system is so riddled with problems that the results of the most expensive House race in U.S. history should be tossed out and a new election held.

The lawsuit by the Colorado-based Coalition for Good Governance and six Georgia voters was filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court. It seeks to overturn the results of the June 20 runoff election between Republican Karen Handel and Democrat Jon Ossoff in Georgia's 6th Congressional District. Handel was declared the winner....

The Coalition for Good Governance was formerly known as The Rocky Mountain Foundation.

I sure do wish these "Colorado" groups would quit embarrassing themselves along with everybody (like Grandma and I) ever lived in the place.

Been in Montana now going on twenty years and every day seems like we hear something else sounds like we got out just before the joint got overrun with dumba$$.

I've long had a tacit agreement with the school I attended in Colorado: I won't speak about 'em in public and they don't send me any Alumni beg-a-thons.

...wonder how you go about disowning a place you lived for thirty years?

Democrats only want things one way - theirs.
And, if they have to lie, cheat, steal and litigate to get it, well, that is just standard operating procedure.

HOW TRUE!!!! Talk about backfiring...!!!

They think that when they throw more and more money into an election it’ll work, but just like big government, it just kicks the can down the interstate!!

Have to LOL....sorry Hillary and Dems. Maybe if you’d really engage in a conversation long enough to listen a bit instead of running away, you might learn something new...but until then we love the WINNING!

Well you can’t impeach a congress person, you can do a recall though. :)

As to removal by recall, the United States Constitution does not provide for nor authorize the recall of United States officers such as Senators, Representatives, or the President or Vice President, and thus no Member of Congress has ever been recalled in the history of the United States. The recall of Members was considered during the time of the drafting of the federal Constitution in 1787, but no such provisions were included in the final version sent to the states for ratification, and the specific drafting and ratifying debates indicate an express understanding of the framers and ratifiers that no right or power to recall a Senator or Representative in Congress exists under the Constitution.

Since the Constitution is silent on the matter, seems like that would be a Tenth Amendment issue, meaning it’s up the either the individual states, or the people thereof to craft, ratify, and execute such an action.

Abolish special elections. Let the Governor appointment someone to fill out the remainder of that person’s term due to death or cabinet appointment, and then that appointee can run in the next general election.

RATs are the only ones who challenge election results. Any conservative candidate should have a list ready to read off, if any debate moderator, asks them if they’ll accept the election results. The candidate could tick off all the names, Algore, Al Franken, Hillary, and now pajama boy.

(I’m sure there are others.)

Had the same problem in the once great Granite State. Massholes invaded southern New Hampshire and turned it into a cesspool.
