ATLANTA (AP) - A new lawsuit claims Georgia's electronic touchscreen voting system is so riddled with problems that the results of the most expensive House race in U.S. history should be tossed out and a new election held.
The lawsuit by the Colorado-based Coalition for Good Governance and six Georgia voters was filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court. It seeks to overturn the results of the June 20 runoff election between Republican Karen Handel and Democrat Jon Ossoff in Georgia's 6th Congressional District. Handel was declared the winner....

We need to adopt a “loser pays” tort system. That way when someone tries a BS law suit against you, and they lose or the judge dismisses it, then they pay your legal bills to defend it. That would stop BS like this. You can sue a ham sandwich at no penalty these days.

Impeachment does not apply to members of Congress. However, there is a process of expulsion, which amounts to about the same thing by a different name. Of course, there is not going to be a 2/3 vote in favor of expelling her, so it is a moot point.

The Smartest Woman Ever™ said last October that refusing to accept the results of an American election was "a direct threat to democracy" and almost treasonous. I'm not sure if her statement still counts, considering that she spent the last six months refusing to accept the results of an American election. Still, for the only time in her corrupt life, I'll agree with her.
