House Speaker Paul D. Ryan told Republican donors Monday that he intends to continue pushing for an overhaul of the nation’s health-care system by working “on two tracks” as he also pursues other elements of President Trump’s agenda.
“We are going to keep getting at this thing,” Ryan said three days after intraparty opposition forced him to pull the American Health Care Act after it became clear it did not have enough Republican votes to pass.

Before you "We don't have 60 votes!" crybabies come on the thread, bear in mind that if Obamacare is not fully repealed, it will be cited as law by left-wing judges. Meaning that portions of whatever Ryan passes, Obamacare 3.0, will be stifled in court while the bad parts remain and continue to reek havoc.
Full repeal, or let Obamacare continue and hopefully the sheeple will wake up.

Paul Ryan thought so as well, but the pressure from his big donors from health insurers was too much, so he will reactivate it!
We need a vote on repeal! They need to be on record.
It is Boehner redux. Not many liked him, but no one wants to openly run against him. If they fail to win, then risk losing chairmanships & member assignments in powerful committees.
