“Attempt” is the operative word here. Just about the entire Democrat caucus in both the House and Senate are made up of snowflakes.

The U.S. Code gives President Trump the authority. They know that.

As long as they continue to control the media, and the media continues to give rope to the liberals, the liberals will continue to act like they are in charge. Futile, but they will. It should be good for prolonged entertainment and fake news for a while yet.

The ban was implemented abruptly without adequate plans being put into place because Trump and team didn't want the terrorists to have advanced knowledge of what was coming.
