CAMBRIDGE, MA — Would a fourth presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton closer to Election Day have changed the outcome?
Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri thinks so — and she regrets not asking for one. Palmieri said Clinton did best directly comparing herself with now President-elect Trump. “It was Hillary unfiltered and the clarity of the choice,” she said.
If she had asked, the Trump campaign would have agreed — and it wouldn’t have changed anything, said Trump’s deputy campaign manager David Bossie. After a shaky first debate, he said, Mr. Trump only got better and needed less preparation. In the days following the last two debates, Bossie added, “we had to find bigger and bigger arenas” for rallies....

Hillary couldn’t beat Sanders withou rigging the game. Even with “super delegates in her camp. And her “studying” for the debates amounted to preparing canned responses to the questions that CNN tipped to Donna Brazille.
And they think a fourth round of cheating would have turned the tide?

According to what I read in the press and the polls, Hillary wiped the floor with Trump in every debate. Why would a 4th matter?

Isn't hindsight 20/20, Jennifer? Let's face it, you never even thought about asking for a fourth debate. Why take the risk of one if you thought that your candidate (suffering from serious health issues) was headed for a win by a sizable margin?

Interesting thought for useless speculation. I was kind of tired of the “debates” after the first three. The only thing that would have caught my interest would have been moderators less biased in favor of Hillary. Good luck finding that.
