[From September 5, 2016] Presidential Election to Be Determined by Just 17 Counties
Breitbart ^ | 5 September 2016 | CHRISS W. STREET

Posted on 10/24/2016 6:18:14 AM PDT by Hostage

The winner of the U.S. presidential election will be determined by about 17 swing counties, with a total of about 500,000 swing voters between them. The American public has heard that 12 swing states will determine who will be the next president. But a book, Presidential Swing States: Why Only Ten Matter, by Hamline University Professor David Schultz, who also edits the Journal of Public Affairs Education, predicts a very small number of America’s 3,142 counties and county equivalents will tip the balance.

In Ohio, it’s Hamilton County, home to Cincinnati; In Pennsylvania, the key counties are Bucks and Chester Counties, to the north and south of Philadelphia; along with Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties, straddling Scranton and Wilkes Barre in its western interior;

* In Florida, it’s Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, surrounding Tampa and St. Petersburg; * In Wisconsin, the keys are Brown County and Winnebago County near Green Bay; plus Racine * County to the south near Chicago suburbs; * In Iowa, it’s rural tiny Bremer County; * In New Hampshire, it’s inland Hillsborough Township, on the Massachusetts border; * In Nevada it is Clark County, home of Las Vegas; * In Virginia, it’s Prince William County, outside Washington D.C.; * In North Carolina, it’s Wake County, which encompasses Raleigh and Durham; and * In New Mexico, it’s Bernalillo County, along with Albuquerque and Dona Ana County near Las Cruces

Take a picture of your ballot on your cell phone before you turn it in.

Candidates’ internal polling probably get even more specific, probably down to the precinct level of those that have been historic indicators.

In Washington State, the one most populous county is King County. King County pretty much determines everything for the rest of the state.

Similarly, Battleground States have certain counties that lead the state outcome. That’s what report is about.

The danger is found in a new way of committing fraud, using the Soros’ machines. If these Smartmatic machines and others similar to them are in the sensitive counties, then Trump may win the popular vote but lose the Electoral College which is what Soros has repeatedly said.

That's a completely different story. You see the same thing in New York, where the NYC metro area has more people than the rest of the state combined.

This article doesn't describe the importance of the BIGGEST counties, but ones that don't consistently vote for one party or the other and are seen as indicators of the election overall.

Won’t do any good.

Once the votes are ELECTRONICALLY transmitted, they are not retrievable. Once the votes are gone, they are gone.

* DEMAND A HAND TALLY ON THE SIDE AS THE BALLOTS ARE FED INTO THE MACHINE.

* BEFORE THE VOTES ARE TRANSMITTED TO THE STATE’S ELECTION OFFICE, CHECK THE HAND TALLY AGAINST THE MACHINE TOTALS.

* IF THERE IS A MISMATCH, STOP THE PROCESS AND CALL THE POLICE.

* DEMAND THE MACHINES BE TAKEN OUT OF THE PROCESS AND TELEPHONE IN THE RESULTS.

* WRITE DOWN THE FULL NAME AND POSITION OF WHO TRANSMITS VOTES AND WHO RECEIVES THEM.

Axiom Strategies is a research and polling company that works for Republicans. This year it had some very encouraging news regarding battleground counties in Ohio and Pennsylvania and Florida.

Since early September, it seems to have gone dark. No updates.

So either the news is bad or it is good and they don’t want to tell the enemy what their polls show.

In all honesty, if there is any disparity between the EC vote and the PV, it will be necessarily very small, relatively speaking, nothing like the spread that you mention. The winner of electors pretty much tracks the winner of the most votes in general, and the difference is going to be a percentage point difference if there is a disparity between the two counts.

So, If H wins the EC vote with Trump winning PV, it will be by a few hundred thousand at the most.

I do have hope that the several states which passed popular vote laws (awarding all of their electors to the PV winner) will stand by their laws. I think California is one of them, or had been working on it. Not to say that they won’t reneg when it goes against their politics.

That’s correct. NY is determined pretty much by NYC unless turnout in NYC is low.

But NY is expected to go for Hillary. Soros would not need to put his machines in NY.

So look at the Battleground States and look at the most sensitive counties within each of those states, then determine if Soros has his machines there.

The 2000 Gore v. Bush margin of victory in popular vote was small as was the EC for Bush. Had Gore won his own home state of Tennessee, he would have won the EC.

I know that “100 million for Trump. 60 million for Clinton” is not real in any sense. But the point is that it does not matter. What matters is 270 electoral votes.

If Clinton wins 270 EC votes but loses the popular vote, she will simply say that is why she has always advocated abolishing the EC. She always has an excuse, a story for when things go wrong for people but where she still benefits.

Exactly.

But it’s the Soros machines that can fool everyone. See the 8-minute video in #2 above.

Soros has paid for the machines in over 300 select counties, so he should know how many votes are already loaded into his machines. Yes, it is rigged.

If you look at the map of counties from last elections, it is a vast sea of red with pockets of blue, the blue being mostly highly populated urban areas.

You would be doing a great public service if you could find and post a list of those 300 counties.

Right — but those “blue” counties in urban areas will probably be blue for the next 500 years. They aren’t swing counties in any sense.

How many states still use paper ballots as opposed to
some form of electronic voting?

Very good question. There are some stations that use touchscreens.

In such stations a paper receipt may be available for the voter. But what good is such a receipt? Is each voter going to turn their receipt over to a poll watcher who is independently tallying the results?

The persons committing the fraud don’t care. They will use the confusion of the moment to cover up.

Remember, once the votes are gone, they are gone.

No court case can reverse a fraud outcome, why?

Take for example the 2004 stolen election for governor in WA State where Dino Rossi (R) won the first ballot by less than 1%, and won a second automatic recount by less than 1%, and then lost a third hand recount by 128 votes (where bags of ballots suddenly appeared from nowhere).

A court case of this 2004 election was quickly convened and concluded in January 2005. Rossi’s people discovered more than 1600 fraudulent votes. BUT IT DID NOT MATTER! It did not matter because there was no way to know which way the voter voted.

ONCE THE VOTES ARE COUNTED AND TURNED IN, THEY ARE GONE! IT’S A DONE DEAL!

The fraud must be detected and stopped BEFORE the fraudulent votes are transmitted or reported to the State’s election center.
