Texas, you sent cruz to the senate, now it is time for you to vet him.

My number one political goal this year is to get Donald J Trump elected President of the United States of America. Once that is done my next number one goal is to take care of this illegal alien posing as a US citizen:

Why has no one in the national media, national conservative talk show hosts or anyone else investigated, probed or asked questions about Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruz’s birth right?

1 RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ: Was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970.

2 Is Rafael Cruz a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America?

3 Is Rafael Cruz a US citizen?

4 You decide:

a. Rafael’s father had dual citizenship, as a Canadian/Cuban citizen at the time of Rafael’s birth, which made Rafael a Canadian/Cuban citizen?

b. Rafael’s mother was, maybe, an American citizen, would that make him a US citizen?

c. Rafael was born in Canada did that make him a Canadian citizen at birth?

d. Would Rafael Cruz’s birth in Canada make him a dual citizen of Canada and Cuba?

e. If Rafael’s mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth she had a duty to her son, if she wanted him to be a US citizen, to do the following: 1) Register Rafael’s birth with the US Embassy or Consulate on a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) 2) Once the CRBA was approved the US State Department would issue form FS-240 establishing Rafael’s US citizenship.

f. Was this process ever completed for Rafael?

g. Can Rafael produce a CRBA issued in his name and the form FS-240 issued by the US State Department?

h. Can Rafael produce the CRBA or FS-240 with the US State Department signature, date and time stamped?

i. We know that Rafael does not have US birth certificate.

j. We know Rafael does have a Canadian birth certificate.

k. So the next question is, how did Rafael enter the United States from Canada? l. Was Rafael listed on his father’s or mother’s Passport?

m. What passports did Rafael’s parents travel on between the US and Canada?

n. Did Rafael travel on his own Passport or Visa, if so what was the origin of the documents?

o. When Rafael turned 18 years of age did he register with Selective Service?

p. If Rafael registered with Selective Service what identification did he use to establish his citizenship and does he have a draft card?

q. Did Rafael ever have a Green Card issued by the United States?

r. Was Rafael ever naturalized through the US Immigration process?

s. Since Rafael renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014, and given the fact he probably is not a US citizen he would be a Cuban citizen living in the United States America as an illegal alien?

t. Why is Rafael using Ted as his first name?

u. Why does he never refer to himself as Rafael?

v. Is Rafael trying to hide his true identity?

w. Is Rafael trying to hiding through the use of an alias?

x. Do people who are hiding use fake names?

y. Is Rafael a fake person?

z. People who use aliases are usually hiding something, what is Rafael hiding?

aa. What is Rafael trying to hide? In my opinion, Rafael "Ted" Cruz talks about being a constitutional conservative, and espouses constitutional values, but only when it does not apply to him. Jim Buzzell.

There are photographs of Ted Cruz’s dad handing out leaflets alongside Lee Harvey Oswald in New Orleans. There are also photographs of Ted Cruz’s dad in Austin at a Protest meeting for Cuba. I haven’t seen Teds Cruz’s dad since this was revealed. Is he in hiding? Perhaps in Canada?

[We absolutely must divert our attention from electing Trump to making sure Cruz is not re-elected. And we must do so right away ]

Roger Stone and Alex Jones stated they are already looking for a candidate...

Considering the fact that George P. Bush was elected to a position based solely on his name and people continue to return Cornyn to D.C., you may be right about Cruz being re-elected. Voters in our house didn’t and won’t vote for a Bush, haven’t voted for Cornyn for the past two elections and won’t vote for Cruz again.

It is amazing that we have all these unanswered questions for a US presidential candidate, who came in 2nd for the nomination. Talk about deja vu.

What about his sealed records? What is sealed and why? Under what circumstances does one seal their records? How are you even allowed to do that?

She claimed to be American but everything is very fishy. Nevertheless, ONE parent American does NOT a Natural Born Citizen make. The test is whether the child could be any other citizen. A Natural Born Citizen is a child who CANNOT BE ANY OTHER THAN AMERICAN. That means BOTH parents citizens at the time of the child’s birth and BORN ON American soil. Cruz could be Cuban,or Canadian, but does not qualify as Natural Born American.
Marco Rubio is NOT ELIGIBLE EITHER. Neither of his parents were American citizens at the time of his birth.

I am looking forward to Trump bringing LAW and ORDER back to America and that includes respect and adherence to the Constitution AS WRITTEN.

None. The law is clearly written and the lawsuits were foolishness. The lawyers should have had their licenses suspended for
Wasting the court’s time.

There was another case filed in Illinois in which lawyers and plaintiffs failed to show up. My guess is the lawyer decided that the case was so incredibly stupid that he decided to end it.

The law, detailed in an above post, is quite clear. Ted is good to go.

Leave Cruz alone. He’s not a bad guy and he has every reason to be unhappy with Trump.

In fact if Trump hadn’t been in the running, Cruz would most likely be the nominee right now.

I predict that between now and October Ted Cruz will endorse Trump.

Cruz will run in two years and be easily reelected.

That depends entirely on just who decides to take him on in a GOP primary. Now if it is Dan Patrick, Greg Abbott or Rich Perry, Cruz is toast. Cruz might be able to prevail against someone not well known, might. But if Sara Palin or Laura Ingraham decide to campaign for Cruz's opponent the road to victory get harder for our Canadian Senator.

If the rage lasts, and it will, Cruz shall have “trumped” himself.

Like TRUMP, both parties despise him, the media despises him, his Senate colleagues want him out of their hair and leadership... leadership will see that he is appointed to chair NOTHING in the future on the Hill, donors have dropped off so enraged they may even help defeat the creep, even in a state election, and his cult following has been significantly diminished. If DC and President Trump, and burned donors, want him out of town, Teddy’s TEXAS re-election might cause him a hell of a hernia this time.

Now *that* is a wagon load of whup azz!

Donors that he let down may be willing to plop a horses head in his bed on the occasion of his re-election campaign.

Fredo sits on what is left over from his hugh and series war chest, upwards of 90 million dollars, and will have to spend a lot of it on rehabilitating his insane image, even in TEXAS.

A lot of us will be galvanized to defeat him at the grassroots level and support his opponent, no matter who it is. So many of us fell for his snake oil and none of us were interested in seeing that Bushy, David Dewhurst, his opponent at the time, in the US Senate from TEXAS.

Who knew at the time, what we soon learned, thereafter?

My friends are all conservatives, but they will not want to mention his name around me in the future, without causing a splody head here, followed with hearing chapter and verse of what he has done in the US Senate, since his first day arrival.

Cruz should be toast if we galvanize donors against him and *for* his opponent.

***************

Did Eleanor obtain British citizenship? I know she went to England with her then husband.
Separated while over there and had a child that died about five months after birth and used
Wilson as the last name. She came back to the USA and then hooked up with Rafael B Cruz
and moved to Canada where Edward was born.

Edward should at least clear up this with documents. jmo

So, as a Canadian who married, in Colorado Springs, an American (and we have three daughters, all born in Colorado); who has not lived outside the USA for the last 39 years; whose grandfather and grandother were born in Minnesota; who has supported conservatism since I got here; and who knows more about American politics and American history than 99.7 percent of Americans because I love this country and I study it, my daughters are not Natural Born Citizens with the right to become President? Right. And where was Donald’s mum born?

A recent poll in Texas showed Cruz numbers at 43%.
After hanging himself in his convention speech, he will
drop even further, encouraging primary challengers.

Not so fast on prediction Cruz will be re-elected.

The US Constitution is NOT defendant on Vattel. In fact, the very first naturalization act passed by the very knowledgeable men you referenced, SPECIFICALLY contradicted Vattel by making their own definition of NBC.

No, Mrs. Cruz was born in a northeastern state, USA.

You are thinking of her first husband who has been in London for 40 years. Williams, I believe his name was, and she used that name as her identity even on Ted’s Canadian birth certificate.

Cruz is better vetted than Barry sortos. The goop hates conservatives and did quite a hatchet job on Ted. Beck, Mark Levin and even Rush had some interesting comments that the anti-Cruz bunch had manufactured.
