I see it. Charlie Cook is a deranged Nevertrumper. He actually wrote that the Hillarybot Chuck Todd is “al­ways-pres­ci­ent”.

Chuck Todd is one of the dumbest people on television. His simulations about the GOP nomination concluded that Trump had no path to getting the delegates and that a contested convention was a done deal.
