I stand corrected. Actually, with a little thought the list of wonderful attributes becomes frighteningly long: Disease-ridden, drunk driving, net tax consuming, and on and on. I think Mexico’s real fear isn’t the loss of money—it’s that all the scumbags they encourage to come up here will head back home to plague Mexico once again.
