VANITY: Hillary's Financial Scandals. And To Think They Want Bob McDonnell In Jail?

Posted on 04/07/2016 5:53:15 PM PDT by Cruz_West_Paul2016

And why hasn't the MSM and even conservative media brought this up over the last several months as we have been watching Hillary getting away with taking millions in donations and not even being questioned? So the left wants to send Bob McDonnell to jail for accepting gifts/bribes? Now compare that to the millions Hillary has accepted as either donations/bribes/gifts. And not just Bob McDonnell, what about Dinesh D'Souza? and the left wanted to throw him in jail too? For What?

McDonnell enacted the largest tax hike in Virginia history after explicitly promising not to do so.

Failing to hold him to account gives moral support to those who want Hillary to escape accountability. He is a terrible example for the case you are trying to make.

also, if it was Hillary in Bob McDonnells dilemma, was a governor, and also took bribes/gifts/etc. u think they would of found her guilty and sent her to jail?

So let me make sure I understand you:

You want him to be prosecuted and thrown in jail because he broke a campaign promise? If we did that to everyone politician who did so, we would not have any politicians left.

Wait.

I think you may be on to something.

What I was getting at is that he doesn’t deserve your support against a correct and just corruption charge.

However, now that you suggest it, I would not at all oppose fraud charges against politicians who promise one thing and do another in office. The only downsides there are finding enough jail space and the logistical issues in having to replace 99.99% of politicians at the same time.

No need for jails. Sentence them to three years on a monitor, limited to their house only and about 25-50 yards.

Dog collars and an underground fence.
