Trump: I 'very much agree' with Sanders on trade
The Hill's Ballot Box Blog ^ | February 7, 2016 | Bradford Richardson

Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump on Sunday said he and Democratic primary candidate Bernie Sanders "very much agree" on trade.

"Well it's very interesting that you say that, because the one thing we very much agree on is trade," Trump said on CNN's "State of the Union." "We both agree that we're getting ripped off by China, by Japan, by Mexico, by everybody we do business with."

Asked how he would differentiate himself with the Vermont senator to New Hampshire independents who may be torn, the billionaire businessman said he will actually be able to do something to correct trade imbalances.

"The difference is, I can do something about it. I'm going to renegotiate those trade deals and make them good - and, believe me, they're going to be really good," he said.

"Bernie can't do anything about it, because it's not his thing," he added. "He won't be able to do anything about it. I'll create absolute gold out of those deals, whereas right now we're losing tens of billions and even hundreds of billions of dollars."

"I will create gold, and Bernie will just talk about how bad they are."

His website information was written by someone else. Which is why Trump cannot articulate anything on there.

He’s right. They wont take Bernie seriously in a trade negotiation.

Trump did provide details. He said balance of trade and tax receipts would be increased by the US no longer having the highest tax rates in the world.

If my father had left me $200 million dollars, I bet I’d be a “self-made multi-billionaire” too.

So only hundred millionaires (Romney) or billionaires (Trump) should be allowed to run for office?

Nope. We have only had the “Citizens United” decision since 2010. We had plenty of elections before then.
I think Citizens United is not good law and is perverting our elections.

So you believe that people lose their right to free speech as soon as that speech involves politics.

Interesting.

Intimidation and (maybe not) fraud (best lawyers who threaten people). Sealed records. EVERYONE who works for DT has to sign a statement on non-disclosure. EVEN HIS EX-WIFE who cannot talk to the public without seeing him first. Might want to do some research.

Yeah. It always irked me when Kennedy started bragging about going to the moon when he didn’t have the decency to detail the Saturn 5 rocket.

“WHO, out of ANY of these candidates have NEGOTIATED .... ANYTHING????”

Hillary negotiated three terrorists for one traitor(Bergdhal). So she is obviously experienced in making deals.

“They’re all corrupt, part of the political system that has ‘rigged’ the game against us...”

No, they are not all corrupt. If they were, then no one person could do squat anyways.

As for Trump - what makes you think he is honest? Trump Airlines? Trump Vodka? Trump University? His long association with the Clintons? Or Reid? Is there ANY sign he is honest?
