Why does someone who is declared by “smart people” to be an inevitable winner always seem to end up losing? Seriously, the only way she ends up winning is if her Democrat opponents fall apart (out of latent insanity, perhaps), and the Republicans nominate someone like JEB! (out of habitual insanity, perhaps).
One thing is that the media follows a herd mentality, and follows the conventional wisdom.
Where the conventional wisdom gets started, I don’t know. It’s like the Family Guy episode where they go searching for where jokes get started.
