The Hill: Nikki Haley is the ‘Republican Wonder Woman of Color’
Jammie Wearing Fools ^ | June 24, 2015 | Jammie

Posted on 06/24/2015 9:51:45 AM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

The media is really covering itself in glory these days. Just yesterday the Washington Post well full on racist against Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and today The Hill ran with this nonsense from an obvious black racist who clearly hasn’t been able to comprehend what’s gone on the past few days.

It’s the capture-the-flag you never saw coming.

In a shrewdly mapped play, South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s (R) call to remove the flapping Confederate rebel jack from state capitol grounds suddenly prompted an entire party to reverse course on the issue. And after years of happily whistling political Dixie as part of its mad racial plan for Southern domination, the Republican Party backed away from this in an unprecedentedly humble about face. If presidential hopeful and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was calling it a non-issue on Sunday, there’s now a good chance he might find a convenient backtrack moment by week’s end.

The zeitgeist could hardly contain its excitement. Social media blew up into a hashtagging mess of victory laps. The ground-bolted flag, mind you, is still flapping, with no formal agreement or timeline (yet) of its final demise. Still, as historically hardheaded as South Carolina is (defiant and anti-federalist since national birth), the assumption is that the simple act of public contrition from state Republican leaders is in and of itself a remarkable feat.

This is paranoid delusion. All of a sudden we’ve got a media and Democrat orgy trying to tie the Democrat Confederate flag to the GOP and it’s the GOP that’s pulled a fast one? Is there anyone else out there believing this?

But don’t let hastily announced pressers and momentary Kumbaya in the wake of last week’s horrific Charleston, S.C. terrorist attack fool you. Guided by Haley’s gifted political hand, Republicans just pulled one of the most clever optical okey-dokeys in recent memory, capturing the flag, running across the field and waving it — in our collective face.

Terrorist attack? Huh?

This was some very smart, very intelligent and very long-term strategic maneuvering on the part of South Carolina’s governor, a move that may have just secured her a new political life and a fresh national stage. She’s still very popular. In terms of image, she’s suddenly transformed herself into Republican Wonder Woman of color, who took a stand against racism even though the GOP hates talking about it.

Used to be a time when some wanted to talk about the content of people’s character rather than the color of their skin. Too bad racist Democrats just want to talk about color. Meanwhile, this nugget of truth is hard for this racist clown to warp his head around:

It’s not like taking the flag down dramatically changes anything for blacks in the Palmetto State. And folks can still wave it on private property if they want. The Republican governor and the GOP-dominated state legislature are still politically unfriendly to a community that’s nearly 30 percent of the population. The state still boasts a voter ID law. While the Economic Policy Institute shows South Carolina has the second-lowest black unemployment rate in the nation, it’s still rather high at 8.7 percent, compared to only 5.3 percent for whites.

The second-lowest black unemployment in the nation and this is a problem? It has a voter ID law, yet mysteriously it has a minority governor and senator? Talk about seeing evil where none exists.

This kind of press must have been part of the deal to get Haley to reverse course. I guess kudos will be forthcoming from the prime time airwaves over the next month or so.

Question is: is pumping up her ego her only ‘reward’, or will it be something more like a Veep position for Jeb? Thirty pieces of silver perhaps?

I don’t care how much ‘at-a-girls’ the Establishment give you Nikki - you stabbed the South and conservatives in the back.

I wonder how many of these people screaming for the removal of the flag vote Democrat?

Jonathan Gruber was right about the stupidity of the American voter and Donald Trump is spot on about loser politicians.

I think Haley is angling to be Veep. And telling South Carolinans that they need to pee on their ancestors’ graves is a small price for them to pay in order to give a daughter of India a chance at ruling the United States.

This is not the Republican party of Reagan, my youth and before. They are all cowards and sell-outs.

I am officially done giving any money to any candidate except Ted Cruz. After this election if there are no more “men” (includes women in kind) running I will be done forever.

As was siad on ‘The walton and Johnson radio show’ this morning:

‘They are attempting to erase the entire Civil War history from this nation, piece by piece, just as they have been attempting to do with the Jewish holocaust.’

Nimrata Nikki Randhawa Haley, like Obama, tries to hide her roots by not using her full name.

“This is not the Republican party of Reagan, my youth and before. “

Reagan was an aberration. We tend to forget that he was disliked and opposed by the GOP establishment, which regained control of the GOP with Bush 41.

This is the real face of the GOP. I used to volunteer for the GOP here in SoCal, and one thing I learned is that a lot of the insiders are far closer to Democrat liberals in outlook than they are to the conservatives in their own party. It doesn’t surprise me in the least to see them collaborating with the latest liberal outrage. It’s a good bet that they personally approve of what the Democrats are doing.

I don’t care how much ‘at-a-girls’ the Establishment give you Nikki - you stabbed the South and conservatives in the back.

And the media will turn on her in a New York second.

So South Carolinians will vote her out, and the media will respond with “see, we TOLD you they were all RAAAACISTS!”

Gotta hand it to the Left. They’re always thinking three steps ahead.

Worth repeating. The Civil War isn’t part of her history and Nimrata Nikki Randhawa Haley is more than happy to assist the radicals who want to ethnically cleanse the South of its culture.

This article is an interesting example of agitprop. You can’t identify exactly the point except that Democrats are acting like racists if they reject Nikki Haley. In whose interest is it to promote the “Wonder Woman” and naturalized citizen Nikki Haley? Not only did Haley get elevated to potential candidacy, but Jindal is given face time. The authors didn’t include Rubio and Cruz in this but all share the embarrassing identification by the principle author of the 14th Amendment, abolitionist judge and congressman John Bingham, the source the amendment from which came the ruling creating citizenship at birth distinct from natural born citizenship, the “naturalization amendment”, claried in the Congresssional Record in 1866:

“I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen….”

Nikki’s parents were Indian, Rubio’s Cuban, Jindal’s Indian, Cruz’ Cuban when each was born. But now that the Constitution is “an interesting historical artifact”, so described by Obama around 2001, it has become a useful tool for separating those who still care about it from presumed conservatives, conservatives who had no problem supporting a Muslim Brotherhood supporter on the NRA board, Grover Norquist, much of whose funding comes from Karl Rove, and whose co-founder of an Islamic Free Trade Council is in prison as a convicted supporter of Islamic terrorists. Not much you read can be trusted, and that may be one of the tactics for undermining trust in our foundations.
