OK: look at this from a legal Latino point of view: they may or may not be able to distinguish the Castro bros from Texas (Hillary’s new BFFs and VP pick) from the Cuban Castro bros with Ted Cruz with Cuban blood thrown in. Los Angeles is a very strong market for Ted and there will be much obsfuscation thrown in to confuse his natural base there.
