Former MS Democrat lawmaker John Mayo compares @TedCruz’s words to Hitler propaganda

Cruz guilty of demagoguery

Sunday morning I arose early, turned on the news to the headline, “There is no room for Christians in today’s Democratic Party”— Republican candidate for president, Ted Cruz.

To say that I was incensed would be an understatement. I could not believe a candidate for president, or anyone in a position of leadership, could make such an assertion. For a person to set himself up in judgment to decide who is Christian and who is not, puts himself in the position of God....

...Until war’s end, Jews and others were killed by the millions to rid Germany of its “problem.”

I am not about to compare Cruz to Hitler, but his words certainly compare. Propaganda defines “the problem,” selects a scapegoat and transfers people’s fear and anger by laying and implying that getting rid of the scapegoat, brings about the “final solution” to our problem.

Cruz may as well have said, “We can solve our problems with God and country, if we just eliminate those Democrats.” Entering the sphere of hate, Cruz’s rhetoric went beyond political speak....

Ironic - the Party that attacks Christians at every turn gets its panties all twisted up when they can twist someone else s words to make it seem like their own Christianity has been questioned.

How funny coming from the party doing its best to eliminate Christians worldwide, wipe out heterosexuals, and abandon the millennia of acquired wisdom and just plain common sense of mankind. They are just like the communists who wanted to create a “new man” who remembered nothing about his once-free past and was a slave to the Godless state.

Projection much? That, too, is a most common communist technique — slander your opponent with what you yourself are doing.

Methinks that would prolly cause an uptick in his polling numbers. d;^)

I'm not a religious scholar, but I don't see how current "democratic" policy is compatible with Christianity either. A point that made for "lively table fare" at previous Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings.

If either Cruz or Walker win in 2016, I would like to see a great purge take place in Washington DC. I know this guy is from MS, but the purge needs to start somewhere.

Our nation's capital has become infected with liberal fascists. Our schools and universities have been corrupted, our military is now being destroyed, and our economy is being destroyed.

I don't know if our country is beyond repair, but if Cruz or Walker is elected, I hope they start the dismantling of the liberal fascist networks.

“We can solve our problems with God and country, if we just eliminate those Democrats.”

Have truer words been said this year?

I was wondering who from the darkside would make that tired, worn-out comparison of one of the GOP contenders to Hitler.
