He has always withheld such criticism in order to allow his listeners and the public to form their own opinions on the information he provides and let them vote accordingly in the primaries....

Good point. While I've had my beefs with Rush over the years, I always admired him for refraining from advising who to vote for, and sticking to what to vote for.

I don't blame him for his tact of refraining from endorsing candidates, and in a way admire him for it.

I was disappointed ... and disillusioned ... when both Rush and Levin failed so utterly in 2012 to call out Mitt Romney and everything he portends.

In California this last election, voters had two ballot choices for governor: Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown, Democrat, or Neel Kashkari, Republican. In all essentials, Kashkari (very much like Romney) was a functional Democrat. In researching my ballot and how to vote on other issues down-ballot, I went to a Tea Party page. To my surprise, I saw them endorsing other Republican candidates down-ballot, but in the Governor's race, had "no recommendation."

It reflected my conclusion exactly. I had already decided to decline marking the ballot at all in the governor's race.

Jebby Bush to destroy the Tea Party?! Hardly! Perhaps in his wildest wettest dreams. If anything the likes of Jebby Bush running will only galvanize the Tea Party patriots even more. He would be a boon for the Tea Party, IMHO.

They say going third party is a "sucker's bet."

And they're absolutely right! That "Third Party" has it's chance in the primary and if it gets blown out of the water as they typically do, what are you going to do, write them in anyway and expect those who didn't consider them initially to vote for them now?

How did Ross Perot work out for ya?

The only "change" in the GOP that's gonna happen has to come from the grass roots in the primaries..........Once the people vote their choice, the alleged "third party" guy is nothing more than a Democrat plant.

both Rush and Levin failed so utterly in 2012 to call out Mitt Romney and everything he portends.

Because you don't criticize your own party's candidate in an on air forum hosted by Rush and Levin once he's been chosen by the people. That job has been taken over by the Democrat party and the MSM that supports them...

To put it into perspective, lets say you get into an argument with a group of liberals who hate Republicans. Are you going to support your people's candidate or commiserate with them and agree that you don't like your own candidate?

In the broadcasting world of Rush and Levin, ya just don't do that!

There are TWO STEPS that will give the Tea Party DOMINANCE of the Republican Party:

1) Texas moving its Primary to March 1st (which is being considered)

2) Ted Cruz running for President (and, of course, kicking butt in the Texas Primary)

The ONLY possible road block is our left-wing ‘Republican’ State House leader...if he can be pushed into being useful, then Jeb will be out of luck.

Wow, you sound like a GOPe operative. You truly expect that it is politics as usual?

2012 was the very last time I will ever cast a vote for a RINO. Never again.

Nothing will ever get me to cast a vote for Jeb, Christie or any other GOPe puke.

The evil GOPe will do everything to politically destroy any true Conservative.

If they succeed they DO NOT deserve the vote of any Conservative.Don't throw that B.S. about the lesser of two evils

With the evil acts of Boehner and McConnell these past few weeks it is apparent that the GOPe dominates the party and are all about increasing State Power over the individual.

When the evil arrogant GOPe truly realizes that millions upon millions of Conservatives will never vote for RINOs then their power will be diminished.

Jeb Bush is an enemy of our Constitution.

“He’s … being looked at as savior by the big-money donor class and the consultant class – the establishment of the party – to head off the tea party. They’re gonna pull out all the stops to make sure that a tea-party-type conservative doesn’t get the nomination.

Is Jeb really the best they can do?

I doubt anybody sought him out as a savior.

He just made himself available early to squeeze out other candidates and got a few takers.

He's going in early precisely because there's no groundswell of enthusiasm for him.

I do not like brash and arrogant people, it does not mean he is wrong ..in fact....he is mostly right. However, I am sensitive to all that speculation and irritation...I get a little pushy occasionally, however, loud and persistent radio host shows are not my cup of tea.

I like a quieter debate, and a peaceful information outlet.

“In California this last election, voters had two ballot choices for governor: Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown, Democrat, or Neel Kashkari, Republican. In all essentials, Kashkari (very much like Romney) was a functional Democrat.”

Kashkari is pro amnesty, pro abortion, pro gay marriage, and weak on the 2nd amendment. He may be worse than Brown.

It’s important to remember who supported Kashkari and trashed Donnelly in the primary.

With all due respect, instead of accusing me of being a "GOP Operative", explain to me where I was wrong in my statement. Show me one example in the past 60 years where a third party candidate for either party won an election or at the very least, helped the party on whatever political side of the aisle they were running on. Again, I mention Ross Perot.....How did that third party work out?

Your peck is yours to do what you want with it, just don't fondle it too much or you'll go blind.
