After Obama, I think the nation has learned to look beyond irrelevancies like hair color, race or sex.

Ted Cruz would work. So would Palin or West.

Back when Jesse Jackson decided to run for president, some strategically-minded Republicans thought that switching parties and voting for him in the primary might be a good idea to help guarantee a Republican victory.

Similarly, I could see voting for Warren in a California Primary, for strategic reasons only.

I know that when Romney or Christie or Bush finally ends up as the Republican candidate there will be plenty on FR saying that although they are all detestable candidates, the strategic thing to do is vote for them in order to keep the Supreme Court from going liberal.

Well I think an even better strategy is for every Republican in a Blue State to switch to Democrat, if you don't have open primaries, and vote for Warren.

Warren would never win the election, and another Clinton presidency is just too horrible a thought to consider.

Don't forget early voting.

Santorum would have had a better chance in Michigan if every anal retentive Republican hadn't done the practical thing and voted as early as they possibly could. And most likely by mail on account of their hectic schedule what with soccer games for their kids, and errands, and etc.

I still get a good chuckle out of that one.

Why not a Warren candidacy?
There is precedent for incompetent, unqualified, lying Marxists to campaign for --- and even steal --- the presidency now.

“Scott Walker will shut Elizabeth Warren down.”

After the Mary Burke Fiasco, he has proven that he can debate in a calm, cool, collected manner with airhead Leftists. Pretty easy when you just stick to the facts.

Love My Gov! :)

please no candidates from Massachusetts, the Kennedy’s were enough and then came Romney. no more.

You forgot John Kerry and Mike Dukakis, the only guys a Bush can win the popular vote against. We WANT a Massachusetts Dem to go against the Hillster. A Cruz, Walker or Pence can take her out easily in the general election.

Anything is possible...One guy suggested that even after a dirty Dem fight, they could still team up, but only if Hillary wins, because Hillary would never agree to run as the VP

So worse scenario I guess is that Hillary wins and reaches out to Warren as the #2

Still I want Warren to run, embarrass Hillary and have our side come out on top

IMO It doesn’t matter how dirty a primary battle between Hillary and Warren becomes.

Once there is a winner, the media, and everyone else with a stake in a Dem victory in the general election with come out of the “proverbial” woodwork ignoring whatever dirt got thrown to restore the Dem candidate to electability.

and the GOPe is one of those stake holders; they will find a way to sabotage their own candidate to make their DNC masters happy.

you may be right, probably are but would still be fun to see someone embarrass Hillary

How can Hillary get embarrassed?

She would need to understand just how ignorant and uninformed she actually is.

Hillary doesn’t understand anything but an all-consuming desire to be in charge.

therefore we’ll both be denied the fun of watching Hillary squirm.
