Phil Crane to the right of Ronald Reagan? Hahahahaha! What "national campaigns" had Barack Obama run before 2008? Or Abraham Lincoln in 1860? Or Dwight Eisenhower in 1952?

The most conservative candidates are, with the exception of 1964...

It's like Reagan never happened.

We have the choice of Ted Cruz.

There’s no reason why EVERY conservative shouldn’t get behind him early, and good reason why the should.

Rubin is upset Steve King will have more say than she does.

90% of her posts are about Steve King’s immigration views and Rand Paul’s foreign policy views. The other 10% are about how great a president Rick Perry will be.

Moving on to category two, the only purpose of having Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) on to speak about immigration and impeachment is to generate headlines for the following day: “Republican congressman says ridiculous thing” or “Republicans support ridiculous thing.” The media and Democrats know that King has been repeatedly admonished by his own party and speaks for practically no one. Why not have on someone who does speak for the mainstream and really might give a sense of what is likely to happen?

If Ron Johnson, David Vitter and Ted Cruz were governors those states would be in an identical position to executive masterstrokers Walker, Jindal and Perry.

Im sure Johnson, Vitter and Cruz know how to move a pen.

Only sensible thing Norquist has said.

There is the choice to stay home, or did they learn nothing from Romney?

Well Jenny, since the Republicans haven’t run a Conservative since Reagan, I would advise that trying a Conservative might do the trick!

As if running “moderates” like McCain and Romney has helped.

In 2008 and 2012, the GOP ran to the “center” and lost.

In 2010, they ran to the right and won BIG.

In 2014, they benefitted from the Democrats losing.
