Americas population is booming with Hispanics and a half Cuban, Ted Cruz may just be this countries answer to fixing his Texan and Arizona borders. Who best to speak on immigration issues, afterall Cubans have been trying to get to America for decades and their value and contribution to the USA can not be overstated....

I believe demographics is destiny. There may be some twists and turns along the way, but ultimately I don’t think conservatism has a chance in an ever more diverse nation.
That doesn’t make him a Latino. Former Governor Sarah Palin’s husband, children, in-laws and grandchildren are all Native American, that doesn’t make her one.

LOL....I think we have a mis-communication here 2DV. I know that having a Latina wife did not make Abbott a Latino. I was just saying that having a Latina wife and her mother making commercials for him, helped Abbott garner 44% of the Hispanic vote.
So once winning 70-76% of the white vote no longer guarantees victory in Texas, you’re confident that the state will remain solidly red?
Don’t you think it’s premature to take the good showing in Texas with Hispanics in 2014 and proclaim a lasting shift?
By what margin do you think Hillary will carry Texas latinos in 2016?
Is it polling amnesty in general, or Obama’s executive amnesty?
