Veteran California politician Willie Brown has warned this weekend that presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton "is going to lose" in 2016 "[u]nless there are some serious readjustments to the Democratic operation."
Brown made his remarks in his regular column in the San Francisco Chronicle, as he attempted to draw lessons from his party's stunning nationwide losses in the midterm elections.
"Everybody keeps asking me, Why did this happen?" Brown wrote. "Beats me. When it came to the elections, I was a dreamer who thought the Democrats were going to retain the Senate. Instead, we got walloped."
Brown suggested that Democrats erred by running away from President Barack Obama, "which simply played into the Republicans strategy of portraying him as a failure." The party also failed to turn out young voters, he said.
"Hillary Rodham Clinton must be wondering whether she really wants to run for president. Unless there are some serious readjustments to the Democratic operation, she is going to lose," Brown concluded....

Hey Wet Willie...go pound sand. You are the problem!

*shakes head* they don’t get it. They got walloped because are tired of the far left silliness..
“Democrats erred by running away from President Barack Obama”
“didn’t run on Barack Policy successes” excuse.
Nice.
I seem to recall a stat that every Democratic gubernatorial candidate who used an appearance by Obama in their campaign, lost in the election. Seems like it was a referendum on his presence.
Ya know, ...you can never be too sure,....maybe they should campaign with him again,....just to make sure it wasn’t bad timing or something like that,.....(make our day)
“Portrayed as a failure “.
Hah. Obola has been an absolute failure. What “success “ has he had? He has done a lot of damage. If you look at it from that angle he has been successful.
Obama (and also Hillary, on a different day) appeared at rallies in Portland, Maine for the dem candidate for governor of Maine, Mike Michaud.
Our TEA Party governor, Paul LePage, won re-election last Tuesday. Michaud lost.
You guys miss the problem. Democraps love the Clintons. They see them as victims, not the first-class lying scum buckets they are. Hillary can be beat, but it’ll take a lot of effort, money and smart campaigning.
Willie Brown is Jerry Brown in Drag Racing.
So true. WHAT refreshing news.
Obama will be used to campaign for the Democrats in the black areas: urban, suburban AND rural. He will prove himself color-useful.
Willie is smarter than Jerry but Jerry, I believe, has more useful connections now. Willie’s been on the shelf too long.
Why did this happen?” Brown wrote. “Beats me. When it came to the elections, I was a dreamer who thought the Democrats were going to retain the Senate. Instead, we got walloped.” <<<
LOL...Beats me after saying such a thing how you can pretend to be a pundit!...Face...meet egg!..Now all you liberals listen to me....were gonna make egg salad!!...GOT IT!
Think he'll go back and work in the mills??
...OHHH Wait!..No more mills!...........My guess...despite being an admitted C-sucker he'll suck on some Govt funded teat for the rest of his life!!...and I'll bet Bear-Donuts to dollars on it!!
Yes an unknown guy from Kenya named Hussein snuck in and stole the kishka in 2008.
Now Hillary is looking old, tired, and added a robust stream of foreign policy failures to her resume.
But the Clinton Crime Family has accumulated ginormous dollars to campaign with. So it will be interesting.
With the MSM in his pocket including all of network TV and
cable TV outlets (save one), Obama could not save his party
from the legit drilling just handed them. Now, if the GOP can turn things around and figure out how to get some credit while not shooting themselves in their own collective foot then once again Willie will be proven wrong.
I don’t think the Clintons are capable of parting with their own money. Too cheap.
