[history]
Convicted Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to make the government do something it should have done a long time ago.
That is, turn over documents that could prove others besides Nichols and executed co-conspirator Timothy McVeigh were involved in the April 19, 1995, blast that killed 168 people.

The obvious question is, would the Clinton administration have lied to the american people and then covered it up?

the card was used to contact the boarding house, the Starglad International Lumber Co. in the Philippines and a Filipino by the name of Naneth D. Jaraive on at least 14 occasions. For what purpose? imo, patterson has been the "lead dog" on these new revelations.
from this piece, a couple new names are tossed out for research:
Starglad International Lumber Co.
Naneth D. Jaraive
payroll? quartermaster? technical support?

Nichols' lawyers deserve all the evidence held by the government. So do the American people.

I wondered why the US focused their first anti-terror efforts in the Phillipines. Now most of the al-queda connected group there are believed to be dead or arrested. Maybe anyone who knew anything is dead now.

U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch ruled Nichols' alleged connection to Philippine terrorists had no bearing on McVeigh's guilt or innocence and refused the request.

And why does Bush continue the cover-up?

Nichols made dozens of phone calls from his residences in Herington, Kan. and Las Vegas, Nev., and public pay phones in Junction City, Kan., to several numbers in the Philippines, according to telephone records and other sealed documents filed in connection with McVeigh's case. Why were these documents sealed? It makes no sense unless one wants to hide "others unknown" involved.

Starglad International Lumber Co.For what it's worth, Court TV transcript shows it as Star Gladh.

interesting link to the transcript, Stentor. you're correct about the spelling in this document is different.
Q. Did you find that there were some telephone calls that you had listed to Naneth Jaraive in the Philippines that belonged instead to Star Gladh Lumber Company in the Philippines?
SNIP
Q. Then beginning at 7 in the morning, 7:00 and 39 seconds, from the phone subscribed by Lana and Leonard Padilla, we see a dialing to Malaluan, Ernesto, in Cebu, the Philippines. Correct?
SNIP
Q. So that when we talked about the one we just did at 7 a.m. Central, that means it was 5 a.m. in Las Vegas and someone called or dialed Cebu. Correct?
A. That's correct.
Q. Now, for the next several pages of this, do we find a number of efforts by someone to dial the Philippines and for some reason or other they're just not getting through?
A. That's correct.
SNIP
interesting, too, is that there is no mention of any calls to the "Iraqi numbers" found on mcveigh???
