Ten million people a year are going to college, from working families, are going to college because of Bill Clinton.

That's pure liberal Bull $hit.

The Hope Scholarships were passed in 1997. It allows a tax credit of up to $3,000 for the first two years of college. Ten million people times $3,000 is $30 billion. In 2001, the estimate in the budget was for $4.1 billion. If that was the same in 1998, 1999 and 2000, the total would be about $16 billion.

Typical liberal garbage. Double the number and hope that nobody asks a question.

COLMES: Right. He did it for all of us. And, by the way, you mentioned the earned income tax credit. Wasn't that 15 million people who got lower taxes

COLMES: The same mantra Republicans love to preach, lower taxes -- 50 million people under Bill Clinton.

Those people didn't get lower taxes they got a redistribution of money from other taxpayers! Fifteen million people got a subsidy from other taxpayers and Colmes wants to call it a tax cut!
