Is it illegal to "tar and feather"? I don't know of any specific ruling. Does anyone else know? Our "knee-Jerk" response is that it is, but there is no reasoning behind that. Actually the use of Tar and Feathers was a very common practice when the Constitution was written.

Ugh, I stayed in this place back in 1994. It was very plain. I can't imagine it is any better now, unless they did some renovations.

Federal authorities do not allege directly that Alrababah provided documents to the terrorists. Instead, they say he was part of a growing enterprise that obtained bogus [??] Virginia drivers' licenses for illegal Arab aliens. These terrorists went to great lengths to obtain "legal" documents via illegal means.
It appears this person actually ended up turning himself in by reporting his familiarity with some of the terrorists. Either that, or he heard footsteps behind him.
