AUSTIN, Texas -- The intensified drive to draw Hispanic voters to the Republican Party isn't a voluntary mission of political correctness, but a matter of sheer necessity at the ballot box.
Worried that legions of campaign workers across the country can't speak the fastest-growing language of political importance, the Republican National Committee is sending key workers to intense Spanish language classes. For up to two weeks, GOP officials from selected states will immerse themselves in vocabulary and conversation at the Berlitz Language School in Washington.

I know you were kidding, Pat has no chance of ever winning in this country and he has recently stated that he will never run again. I think one of the points to make here is that if the illegals were deported and we put limits on those who came to this country, we wouldn't need to learn Spanish. These people do not assimilate. They come here and setup shop like they would in their own country and then they expect us to accomodate them. There is a city in south Texas that has outlawed English and made Spanish it's official language. Seems to me it should be the other way around.

Can you believe these people are taking up for their parties?
When they take forty to fifty percent of their incomes, is it that easy to fool them.

Once our workers can communicate directly with the Hispanic voter, the DemocRATS will have lost their secret weapon, the lie.

The GOP can go to hell.
I think its pretty obvious that the differences between the two beltway parties are inconsequential. This is getting to be inordinately clear to most thinking people.
The GOP is nothing but a sellout party that is willing to risk continuing this immigration insanity in the hopes of gaining a few votes.
As this immigration disaster spreads across the country as it now is, I am confident that the GOP will be given what it deserves.
As I have always stated, this open border, immigration "free for all" policy is a national disgrace disgrace, and now a total national security nightmare.
This continued policy of open border madness will eventually result in chaos for the United States.

"The Republican party is nothing but liberals now"No, what you are really saying is that the Republican Party doesn't measure up to your particular standard of policial purity.
I submit that this is not a bad thing.

You sound like someone suffering from severe sleep deprivation, brought on by extreme paranoia. Hiding in your room, in a corner, listening to the approaching tramp of the oncoming hords...whatever they are...they are coming closer...closer...closer...

I agree with you Joe!

English wasn't outlawed in the dinky border town of Cenizo. The two-bit city council voted to conduct its meetings in spanish, since everybody spoke it, and not everyone in town spoke english.
That decision is constantly used by some to say that english has been outlawed, but that's a distortion at best.
