INS arrests Al-Najjar, tied to terror groups

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service yesterday arrested Mazen Al-Najjar, whom the government described as having "established ties to terrorist organizations," in Tampa, Fla.

"The arrest is based on a final order of deportation recently upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, Ga. Al-Najjar was ordered deported because he "violated his visa and was ineligible for any form of relief from deportation," the Justice Department said in a statement.

We don't have any choice. Imagine, if you will, that Christian fundamentalists attack a juicy target in the islamic world, would any American be in a position to assert "rights" in the Saudi Kingdom, or anywhere else in "peaceful" Islam?

Janet Reno released him. Because his due-process rights to view classified documents were violated. These rights being accorded an illegal alien. Rights they appear to still retain, since the current arrest is sanctioned by the fact that there are no classified documents leading to his arrest. Clintoons insane? YES. Insanity continuing? YES.
