I met a couple of Marines yesterday. Good people, we hit it off. They will be celebrating today. I intend to keep this connection and build on it. We all need to build links with like minded people.

(It was nice knowing you, America.)
Happy birthday to you too!
Funny how those four years remain the most vivid of my 65 years. Very formative when they happen right out of high school and you do not know which way is up.
The Corps knows.......
I did not serve my country in uniform but do have a nephew who put in his four years active in the Marine Corps..
Happy birthday to all our Marines.
Happy Birthday U.S. Marines!

At some point we were probably getting chewed out at the same time. Maybe even for the same thing.
