The Democrats Use Churches to Deliver Votes for McAuliffe

Kamala Harris’ video messages may be in violation of the Johnson Amendment.

The Democrats like to keep faith out of politics even as they impose politics on faith. They are happy to harness the power of religion for their own political purposes. Their usually strict views on the “separation of church and state” don’t stop them from campaigning in churches. The most recent example of this Democratic hypocrisy comes from Virginia, where the normally secularist Terry McAullife is using a “souls to the polls” strategy to drum up votes for his gubernatorial run.

The last refuge of a flailing Democrat is apparently religion. “More than 300 Black churches across Virginia will hear from Vice President Kamala Harris between Sunday and election day in a video message that will air during morning services as part of an outreach effort aimed to boost McAuliffe,” reports CNN. “In the video, first obtained by CNN, Harris said her time growing up in Oakland’s 23rd Avenue Church of God taught her it was a ‘sacred responsibility’ to ‘lift up the voices of our community.’”

“Harris implores congregants to vote following church service,” reports CNN. “The McAuliffe campaign has embraced ‘Souls to the Polls,’ block-party style events featuring top campaign surrogates after church near polling locations, to drive voter turnout. This election is the first year Virginians will be able to vote on Sunday.”

The corrupt DO”J” now allows this, and encourages
all types of voter fraud AND its coverup.

Sedition and treason was not good enough for the DO”J”.
The corrupt want more.

Attacking parents for the CCP and their guillotines
was not good enough for the DO”J”.
The corrupt want more.

America is quite far down the “tubes”.
And it is because the DO”J” is KNOWINGLY
an active corrupt, evil arm of the DNC and CCP.

I’ve been reading about this for weeks. Why hasn’t anyone in the GOP done something to stop it?

The new standard is it’s not illegal unless you are prosecuted for it. So…doesn’t matter.

If they use churches to endorse certain candidates, the church will lose its tax-free status.

On May 4, 2017, President Trump signed an executive order that directs the executive branch to limit its enforcement of the “Johnson Amendment.” As previously reported, the Johnson Amendment prohibits organizations that are exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code from engaging in political campaign activities.¹ The executive order limits enforcement of the Johnson Amendment or any other adverse action against any individual or religious organization for speaking about moral or political issues from a religious perspective. The executive order is unlikely to have any meaningful practical effect because, as has been widely reported, the Johnson Amendment is not currently being enforced.

Beyond the politics and legality of it I’d ask what do those who call themselves by Christ’s name have to do with the platforms of the dem party. What resonates with them about abortion, sexual perversion, pornography, injustice, racism, nature worship et al?

This set of videos are a smoke screen...

The real election fraud at these churches is occurring in the basements where the printing presses are running 24x7 to distribute & provide the important McAuliffe votes after midnight of election day...

The Democrats are trying to make it look like McAuliffe has the support that he will have when he wins. It’s all a façade.

I’m gonna say it ( uh oh)..
As a former pentecostalist in a NY megachurch, I witnessed local, county, and state office candidates get up in front of the assembly, give their speech, AND COLLECT AN OFFERING!!

After service, (the next half hour of pew chatter), I asked one of the associate pastors why that was allowed? Where’s the line of church and state? His response: “ We have our 503c, we can do this.” I have always believed church is church, and the state has no business inside.

Not sure what kind of church would allow anything positive for McAuliffe. Most churches with any reasonable set of ethics would not allow ANY political advertising. Most fertilizer plants would probably not advertise for McAuliffe if they had any ethics at all.
