As a former pentecostalist in a NY megachurch, I witnessed local, county, and state office candidates get up in front of the assembly, give their speech, AND COLLECT AN OFFERING!!
After service, (the next half hour of pew chatter), I asked one of the associate pastors why that was allowed? Where’s the line of church and state? His response: “ We have our 503c, we can do this.” I have always believed church is church, and the state has no business inside.
But don’t you domestic terrorist Christians try to pray in a public school!
If they were targeted like the white churches you can be sure that their devotion to the Democrat party would disappear.
