Metropolitan Community Church of Rehoboth will host a program entitled Homosexuality and the Bible, an In-Depth Study, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26.
This seminar will show that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality.
For better understanding of scripture, participants will look at writings of ancient scrolls though the influences of Middle Eastern traditions, Hebrew traditions, Greek and Roman traditions and early Christian situations.
Attendees also will look at the difference between translation and interpretation, the difference between historical-critical reading and literal reading, defining sexuality and spirituality, the danger of picking and choosing scripture passages and the challenge to question scriptures.

A ping to a few others
Such faggotry on parade.
SHAMELESS.....
I think everybody who thinks it’s “ok” to be a homo advocate and “christian” (in name only) will be in for a surprise like the Rich Man who persecuted Lazarus.
Hell is forever. They think it’s a joke.
"That's the highlights of the 2020 National Democrat Convention, further news at ten."
“He was ordained an Episcopal Priest in 1981 and served in the Diocese of Washington, DC.
“He later transferred his credentials to the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches and was ordained in UFMCC in 1991.”
The Metropolitan Community Church, as I understand it, was founded exclusively for unrepentant practicing homosexuals.
You know, if he’d stayed put, the Episcopal Church would have caught up with him.
Look for the rainbow banner.
There's a Presbyterian church not far from me with the rainbow banner (replaced! shiny bright and new, the old one had faded!) proudly displayed on the side facing the main street.
Aye, he was “ahead of his time”-—Vicke Gene Robinson was consecrated a “Bishop” in 2003.
“... hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions...”
Democrats, and the LGBT+ crowd and feminists. Lesbians and feminists are against trans-men and vice-versa. Trans females are against trans-men, etc.
Deuteronomy 7:23 “But the LORD your God will deliver them over to you, throwing them into great confusion until they are destroyed.”
Not to say I want the people destroyed, but the agenda that has taken them over.
Goes to “Divinity” school to become among those who are ignorant and unstable and twist God’s word to mean something quite different, just as they do with other parts of Scripture and this will result in their destruction!
I read that passage to a guy one time who insisted that there was nothing in the New Testament that forbid homosexual acts. When I finished reading to him, his exact words were, “That is the most hateful thing I have ever heard!”. Pretty telling, I think.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Romans 1:22 is a great verse in Romans 1.
Thanks.
He's a faggot.
Of course.
Trying to butt-rape your neighbor's guests is definitely unhospitable ...
Unfortunately, that is the excuse “lack of hospitality” that I hear from all modern day ministers for why God destroyed the city of Sodom.
Yeah I first heard that nonsense in the 1980s.
Just re-read Genesis 18 & 19 the Sodomites didn’t just try to rape Lot’s guests, they also tried to rape Lot.
