Some people like to think Mary essentially told Jesus to turn water into wine. I am not one of those. 👍😁

That is not borne out of the gospel text. Mary tells the servers to ask Jesus. She implicitly believes HE can do anything, He is God. He is rather brusque in saying not my time yet.

But He does it - not as an answer to a command but as a dutiful son to please His mother. He followed the command to honor His father and mother completely.

The frog in the heating up pot comes to mind, Bro. Being immersed in the heresies of Catholicism renders the adherents blind to the heresies, especially when they have a ‘magicsteeringthem’ to stamp demonic apparitions as authentic messages from God.
