Presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg was subjected to homophobic heckling during an event in Texas on Friday night – but one of his Democratic challengers was quick to come to his aid.
Buttigieg was speaking at the Dallas County Democratic Party’s Johnson Jordan Dinner yesterday evening when he was interrupted by anti-LGBT+ remarks on four separate occasions.
‘Marriage is between a man and a woman,’ shouted one protester. ‘Repent,’ added a second.
CNN’s DJ Judd, who was in the audience, also captured footage of a woman being ejected from the venue for chanting anti-choice rhetoric. ‘What about the babes? He wants to kill babies,’ she can be heard calling out as security usher her out the back door.

The word “anti-choice” never ceases to amaze me... and it rolls right off their tongues.
my bet is that Buttgig paid these people to heckle him, sort of like Smellitt paid those guys to attack him in Chicago. What better way for Buttgig to get sympathetic publicity than to make himself the “victim” of an attack of some sort.
Staged. The only way to get out of the pack.
Most of us oppose same-sex marriage, but these kinds of disruptions don’t help the cause. Let’s not act like the left.
