No, I don’t think the correct term is “resurrection” but rather reanimation. Jesus was resurrected by the power of God the Father and the Holy Spirit- in a new body and new form, not of corruptible but incorruptible.

Jesus is alive evermore, Lazurus( and all people brought back to life by anyone,) died again. Not resurrected.

Revenant is the proper term, I think.

Thoughts?

Agree. Christ was the first fruits of the Resurrection. (I Cor.).

Never thought of “resurrected” as requiring that what was resurrected could never perish again.....”Reanimation” seems to infer that the soul remained trapped in the dead flesh.....I get confused when folks get into semantics....brought back to life is being brought back to life...Jesus demonstrated it on a mortal Human before He went through the process.
