What is the ETERNAL RIGHTEOUSNESS of Almighty God?
IFB ^ | 1/7/19

Posted on 01/07/2019 4:20:49 PM PST by The Ignorant Fisherman

The RIGHTEOUSNESS of Almighty God is the complete ETERNAL estate of moral and spiritual PERFECTION. Nothing lacking, nothing adding, perfect and absolute in all its ways. Incorruptible, indestructible, unchanging and undefinable. Never can it be tainted nor altered. The fruit and outworking of RIGHTEOUSNESS can ONLY produce peace, completeness, equity, stability, harmony and order (Isa. 32:17, 48:18, Rev. 21, 22:1-5).

Almighty God is ETERNALLY RIGHTEOUS and in ALL His ways HE is ETERNALLY RIGHTEOUS, COMPLETE, WHOLE, LACKING NOTHING, NEEDING NOTHING, ABSOLUTE and PERFECT in ALL HIS WAYS (bible verses).

Example; 2+2=4 is an absolute. It is complete, whole, perfect and sound in all its ways; NEVER to be altered, NEVER to be corrupted. Whenever it is used it can ONLY bring about harmony, peace, stability and order All the efforts of Satan and man can NEVER change the absolute properties and completeness of 2+2=4 nor can ALL the efforts of Satan and fallen man alter nor change the ETERNAL RIGHTEOUSNESS of Almighty God and His Person.

KJV Dictionary Definition: righteous righteous RIGHTEOUS, a. ri'chus. 1. Just; accordant to the divine law. Applied to persons, it denotes one who is holy in heart, and observant of the divine commands in practice; as a righteous man. Applied to things, it denotes consonant to the divine will or to justice; as a righteous act. It is used chiefly in theology, and applied to God, to his testimonies and to his saints. The righteous, in Scripture, denote the servants of God, the saints. 2. Just; equitable; merited. And I thy righteous doom will bless. righteously RIGHTEOUSLY, adv. ri'chusly. Justly; in accordance with the laws of justice; equitably; as a criminal righteously condemned. Thou shalt judge the people righteously. Ps. 67. righteousness RIGHTEOUSNESS, n. ri'chusness. 1. Purity of heart and rectitude of life; conformity of heart and life to the divine law. Righteousness, as used in Scripture and theology, in which it is chiefly used, is nearly equivalent to holiness, comprehending holy principles and affections of heart, and conformity of life to the divine law. It includes all we call justice, honesty and virtue, with holy affections; in short, it is true religion. 2. Applied to God, the perfection or holiness of his nature; exact rectitude; faithfulness. 3. The active and passive obedience of Christ, by which the law of God is fulfilled. Daniel 9. 4. Justice; equity between man and man. Luke 1. 5. The cause of our justification. The Lord our righteousness. Jer. 23.

It’s also MORE than a RANT— it’s FAR MORE than a RANT, in FACT.

It’s the freely proffered gift of life in Jesus Christ.

Hell is eternal punishment for sin against an eternally righteous God. And eternity is a long time, especially towards the end.

Who said anything about a rant? Try the decaf.

The RANT REVEALS ITSELF.

Would not hell be meaningless except to beings intended for heaven?

Yours does, but nothing in the post is a rant.

The answer to that question is beside the point made.

The point made? We have obscure verbiage when you say that. Made by you?

A lot of people like to bray about hell, and yet hardly reveal even a glimmer of heaven. That isn’t edifying — that’s bullying.

If righteousness makes possible the gift of grace, through the work of Christ, then emphasis of righteousness by use of caps is a celebration, not a rant. If you think use of caps is a rant, then say it plainly: The use of caps is a rant. Simple enough.

That is the thing my friend and I so glad you get it, why do people focus on the negative and not the free GIFT in Jesus (John 1:12, 3:16-17, Rom. 3:23, 6:23, 10:2-4, Eph. 2:8-9, 1 John 5:10-13, Rev. 3:20)? Maybe because they do not want to be delivered in RIGHTEOUSNESS (Rom. 1:18-32).

He gives ETERNAL life to all who call upon Him in RIGHTEOUSNESS - John 3:16!

Whoa there, easy on the perjoratves. If you don’t know to what point I’m referring, just say so. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels, according to Scripture. My point that hell is eternal is plainly stated. If that’s not edifying in this lifetime, it may prove so in due course. Peace, A

Agreed, and I’m drunk in the Spirit rejoicing in your use of emphasis on what a gift, not fodder for any rant.

I see you’re at it again trying to cause division & strife among Christian Believers in Christ.

Not surprised since that is all you do here.

Ignore the RedNeck folks and remember this Proverb 26:4

Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Or you will also be like him.

Proverbs 23:9
Do not speak to a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.

Good point. And the passage escapes me, but the verse about casting pearls before swine also seems apropos to these festivities.

Jesus warned more about hell than He taught about heaven.

Nay, that is a common error of assertion.

Jesus taught about heaven by the way He acted.

The things you think are wisdom, are not, when taken in the wrong spirit.

I’d also like to ask you for a church reference so I can check up on your bona fides of behavior.

I will gladly provide mine.
