S-300PMU-2 is outdated but will be manned by Iranians who already run the same variant in Iran.
Are 3 battalions each with 3 launchers and 100 missiles per launcher - 300 missiles in all. Systems underwent major overhauls in Russias arms factories so are like new.
No Russians will be on site.

Obviously, Amir doesn’t think the S-300s in Syria are all that great, but maybe it’s a difference without a difference as far as the current situation is concerned.
