You labored manfully for the salvation of souls. In union with Jesus crucified, you endured painful sufferings with such patience as to deserve to be healed miraculously of an incurable cancer in your leg by a touch of His divine hand.
Obtain for all those mentioned in this prayer thread the grace to answer every call of God and to fulfill His will in all the events of life. Enkindle in their hearts a consuming zeal for the salvation of all men.
Deliver from the infirmities that afflict their bodies.
Obtain for them also a perfect resignation to the sufferings it may please God to send, so that, imitating our crucified Savior and His sorrowful Mother, they may merit eternal glory in heaven.

Yes! adding my prayer to yours infool. may all those and their loved ones who live with treatment and testing to suffer, survive, or finally succumb to cancer (and other persistent disease) be comforted—and know the Great Love of God that casts out all fear and brings peace and rest to all. with thanksgiving to Jesus, and asking always in His Holy Name. I pray for St. Peregrine’s intercession every day, as I have had 3 people in my extended family, just within the last 2 years, who have been stricken with cancer. All 3 appear to be on the mend.
I’ll say a prayer for everyone. My blood test results weren’t what I’d hoped they’d be earlier this week at my six month check up. My doctor wants me to have another scan sometime again.
