LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, we kneel before YOUR THRONE OF GRACE, in behalf of President Trump, Vice President Pence, our military leaders, our governing bodies, my family, my children, my children’s children, my friends, my enemies, those far off, as many as THY MERCY will touch this day, for my dear brothers and sisters who are joined in heart and soul with me on this site as we pray, for THY PEOPLE ISRAEL, for whom this Promise what first announced, and we pray: REPENT, BELIEVE, BE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST that YOUR SINS MAY BE FORGIVEN, and RECEIVE THE BLESSED HOLY SPIRIT, the ETERNAL PROMISE GIVEN from HIM HIMSELF, and escape from this corrupt generation that is heading headlong into judgment. GOD’s MERCY and GRACE is HIS CALLING CARD to all who will receive it, so we pray for those in need of it, please, lay open your hands, lift them high, that you may be filled with the GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, and be SAVED. Amen.

We thank YOU FATHER that those of us who have received this most PRECIOUS and PERFECT GIFT of SALVATION can know the security that our souls are clinged to YOU and YOUR RIGHT HAND upholds us and will never let us go. (Ps. 63:8) For in YOUR PRESENCE, at YOUR RIGHT, sits THY GREAT AND GLORIOUS SON, in whose name we profess, and we are assured in HIM. THANK YOU LORD GOD.

And as we, Your dear children and grateful servants that know the blessed GLORY of calling YOU BOTH ABBA FATHER and ALMIGHTY GOD, we ask that YOUR FAVOR would move across this land through us and our lives, and that we would fulfill our great calling of being witnesses of YOUR GRACE, and today even this day as Acts 2:47 reads: . . . . the Lord added to them those who were being saved. Oh, amen and Amen. So be it, we pray. Thank you for that petition.

Your prayer is indeed providential. Let me share something I learned just yesterday in study. You refer to us calling on the Father as Abba AND the Almighty.

The phrase LORD (all caps) Almighty in Hebrew translates to YAWHEH Sabot (not sure on the spelling of the second word, sorry). But it essentially means the one all powerful God who has angel armies and the powers of the universe at His command. The God, in other words, who fights for His people Israel and against the wicked nations and defeats the Enemy.

Well, guess WHO is the first person to USE this phrase in a prayer? None other than the barren, mocked, sad woman Hannah in 1 Samuel chapter one! She is pleading God for a son. The lesson, say commentators, is that this obscure woman KNEW she was calling on a God who controls the “big picture”-the rise and fall of nations, the one who commands the stars and the heavens; but she also held to the truth that this Almighty God cared about the concerns of an obscure woman without a child. Amazing!

And of course Yahweh remembered her, and gave her a son—the prophet Samuel.

So yes, He is our Father AND He is the God of the universe who hears even US! Hallelujah!

Amen!! We are witnessing a great tempest starting to rage over the corrupt political class and the power brokers which we have seen in readings from Proverbs 10. This is my daily Proverb which coordinates with the day of the month. There is much here which is spot on for what we are seeing.

Proverbs 21

21The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord;
he turns it wherever he will.
2 All deeds are right in the sight of the doer,
but the Lord weighs the heart.
3 To do righteousness and justice
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
4 Haughty eyes and a proud heart—
the lamp of the wicked—are sin.
5 The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance,
but everyone who is hasty comes only to want.
6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue
