This sounds like just a trip to retroland by clueless snowflakes-the same thing was going on and being shouted about when I was in college-late 60’s early 70’s-it was a fad then that went away after awhile-I suspect it will this time around, too-it certainly isn’t original...

I'm Catholic and that's EXACTLY what I see going on in my church.

Between 2007 and 2014, the number of Americans who identified as Christian dropped from 78.4 percent to 70.6 percent. The drop is mainly because mainline Protestant denominations are shedding members at an unsustainable rate. Many of the millennials who are rejecting Christianity are turning to the occult specifically witchcraft and astrology. <<
Ah, the irony of celebrating the protestant reformation on Halloween...

I agree, while a dangerous religion, Mormonism at least makes you into a more or less decent person. I witness to them a lot up here, there’s quite a few.
Are we going to be able to have witch hunts again soon?

I know many who did and then they outright reject it.
It’s sad, but the bible said this would happen.

I remember SUN SIGNS being the top seller back in 1970.
JEAN DIXON and her horoscopes were all the rage around 1966. Even when she was wrong she said she was right.

You are right-when we would go into town for stuff, I would go right to the magazine display at the general store, pick up whatever womens’ magazine had Jean Dixon’s horoscope for that month and buy it to read at home-so did all the other teen ranch girls-it was almost a ritual.
I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who remembers that this s*** isn’t anything new...

Pretty much. You can tell a church is doomed when you see that most of its parishioners are women, and usually older women. That’s a church that will be gone in 10 years.

Many churches abandoned morality in order to get more cash into the collection plates but now there is nothing about those churches for any good person to identify with.Exactly. We live in a relatively conservative small northern NH town.
When our kids were young we visited several of the so called churches.
Most were very liberal, even communist in their philosophy.
The southern Baptists were about the best, but the travelling preacher the was visiting there was nuts. Over and over he loudly expounded, approximately this....Something is wroooooonnnnnggggg with the USA, never saying what or how to fix it.
The folks in the congregation seemed all enthralled and excited from his theatrics, I guess.
So we ended up going to none.
