Planned Parenthood Executives to Speak at Los Angeles Archdiocese’s Convention Center

June 20, 2017

June 20th, 2017

(LOS ANGELES, California) – On Friday, June 23rd, the Center at Cathedral Plaza in Los Angeles will be hosting a conference at which two representatives of Planned Parenthood will speak. Entitled “Uncertain Times: Charting the Path Forward for Women’s Health”, the conference is hosting “two of California’s leading women’s health advocates,” Kathy Kneer and Sue Dunlap.

The provided biographies of the two women leave no doubt that by “women’s health” they mean “abortion.” Kathy Kneer has been President and CEO of the California Planned Parenthood network’s public policy office for more than twenty years. According to her bio, she has been responsible for legislation expanding contraceptive access, developing school sex education, and defeating parental notification proposals three separate times. Sue Dunlap, also employed by Planned Parenthood for two decades, is the President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, “one of the largest … in the country.”

The center where the conference is to be held is part of the complex of Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Los Angeles, seat of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, overseen by Archbishop Gomez. Booking and events at the conference center are managed by a third-party company, Levy Restaurants. However, the center is part of Cathedral property and those who buy tickets to this event will be parking their cars inside Cathedral grounds. The Archdiocese should not be, even indirectly, supporting an event which could potentially be described as a council of war of the Church’s enemies. If you would like to contact the Archdiocese to raise this issue to their awareness, please contact them by any of the following methods:

Archdiocese of Los Angeles 3424 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90010-2241

The Church is lost. It is now in league with Satan.

Exorcist, exorcise thyself.

Shameful. Let them go elsewhere, it is a sacrilege to allow this kind of garbage on consecrated ground.

Gomez and Cordileone have both shown what happens when the majority of the presbyterate are gay and the pope is a heretic. The bishop is trapped, powerless, in a sandwich.

SHAME on the Church!

BTW, Abortion (infanticide) is not "health care".

Absolutely disgusting and an abomination.

What is the point of even being Catholic anymore?

What is the point of even being Catholic anymore?

Simple:

Extra Ecclesiam nulla salus.

Unlike our universities, Catholics are willing to listen to the meaningless arguments of the other side....we’ve done it since the 1600’s....they are still wrong.

The Church is not lost. There are some poor shepherds, but the Church will go on.

The Church will go on. Do not let the evil that some do influence your faith in a negative way. Remember that Christ promised us that even the Gates of Hell would not prevail against His Church.

The faithful will leave the “Church”...this must be considered. Its not a hypothetical at this point.

His Church may need to find alternate accommodation. My believe is that Church property is lost.

Bergoglio is on a trajectory toward schism. His new church is still emerging. It now approves of divorce and remarriage, and abortion. (It does this by giving Communion to Nancy Pelosi, and the remarried.)

The new Church will emerge further when Bergoglio approves of a “reinterpretation” of Humanae Vitae.

Since 90% of Catholics already approve of contraception, they will move seamlessly into the new church.

Bergoglio will introduce a Novus Novus Ordo that will be completely acceptable to the pro-abortion lesbian Lutheran bishops—the kind of Lutherans Bergoglio likes.

The schismatic church will be much larger than the Catholic Church AND IT WILL OWN THE VATICAN.

Most people will assume that the church that occupies the Vatican is the Catholic Church.

Catholics who pay attention to what is being said and done at Mass, who care what their bishop is teaching, will look for the Catholic Church. And they will find it. It will be the one still opposing abortion, contraception, and sodomy. It will be the one still celebrating the Novus Ordo reverently as that Mass is slowly displaced by the Mass of 1962.
