Dear Lord, please lead, guide and protect President Trump and VP Pence. And lead us all back to You. In Your Name, Amen.

What a treasure we have been given to gather together under the banner of Jesus Christ our Lord and present Him afresh each day. Thank each of you for participating as often as you can. It is a huge blessing to me.

Dear Lord we praise You for such a gathering. May You be glorified in this place. “Be exalted Oh God, above the heavens, may Your glory be over all the earth.”

Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV)

24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works,

25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Hebrews 3:13

But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

8 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:

Psalm 59:6-13 ...they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city. There they are, bellowing with their mouths, with sharp words on their lips—for ‘Who’, they think, ‘will hear us?’ But you laugh at them, O Lord; you hold all the nations in derision... for you, O God, are my fortress. How very appropriate is this psalmist's prayer on this day of testimony before Congress.

Thank You, Father, for having lent Your strength to Attorney General Sessions, who spoke with righteous indignation at the lies and insinuations of the plotters and schemers in opposition to We the People and our leaders, the Trump Administration. We laud Your Holy Name, Father God!
