A good friend of mine is in a bad way and needs prayers. What I share below is from another fb friend of mine who is much closer to her, and shared what Beth's condition is. Beth has been a friend of min on FB for over 5 years and we have had many great conversations on the Bible, life and politics. She now finds herself in the fight for her life and I am pleading with you all to pray for her.
She has had many exhausting tests, and they have found that her aorta is very enlarged and that she is going to have to have surgery to repair it. They also found abdominal aneurysms. An abdominal aortic aneurysm is an enlarged area in the lower part of the aorta, the major blood vessel that supplies blood to the body. The aorta, about the thickness of a garden hose, runs from your heart through the center of your chest and abdomen.
Because the aorta is the body's main supplier of blood, a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm can cause life-threatening bleeding. Depending on the size and the rate at which your abdominal aortic aneurysm is growing, treatment may vary from watchful waiting to emergency surgery.
Once an abdominal aortic aneurysm is found, doctors will closely monitor it so that surgery can be planned if it's necessary. Emergency surgery for a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm can be risky. Another complication of aortic aneurysms is the risk of blood clots. Small blood clots can develop in the area of the aortic aneurysm. If a blood clot breaks loose from the inside wall of an aneurysm and blocks a blood vessel elsewhere in your body, it can cause pain or block the blood flow to the legs, toes, kidneys or abdominal organs. She could very well go through this surgery this weekend.
She also needs to get some weight on her so that she can survive these surgeries. She also needs to be surrounded by sisters and brothers who truly care for her and want to see her get through this very hard time. If you do not have anything positive to say, then do not say anything. Let us all try and put our sin nature on the side and lift our sister up to Jesus.
Never forget that Jesus sees everything and so do other people who might not find Jesus as a result of mean things that have been said. Let's all show and LIVE the Love of Jesus Christ in every part of our lives. God bless you!!! Maranatha!!

Jesus is the Great Physician of body and soul. He knows our frame. He knows that we are dust. He is our Advocate before the Father. He has gone before us into death and into life everlasting, making a way for all who believe on His Name also to partake of His benefits. He is risen, having been put to death for the sin of all who have fallen, because God is faithful and will not let those who are weak perish, but will become weak for them and life them up. Mourning for now. Everlasting joy and peace to follow.
LORD, have mercy on all Your servants who suffer in this life, especially your servant, Beth.
May God see her safely through this.
I need many many prayers for a dear sister. I cannot say she will survive the challenge before her. My heart goes out for her and I ask that you all join in prayers for her.
HEALER. GREAT PHYSICIAN Who fashions hearts. May HOLY SPIRIT flow through Beth's heart, healing the aorta and strengthening every heart cell. We speak to abdominal aortic aneurysms. You have a name. In the Name of JESUS dissipate in Beth's heart and body. By JESUS’ stripes we were healed.
Strengthen Beth - mind, body,and spirit. Give Beth rest and Your peace that passes understanding. Send Your heavenly ministering angels to tend to her day and night.
GOD'S will be done in Beth as it is in heaven. To GOD be the glory. Great things He has done!
