Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Today's letter, "Shin", is a Familiar looking Hebrew Letter.

It is the Sound of "Sh" (And sometimes "S") in English, and the Original Pictograph represented TEETH. Teeth Mean Power, Strength, to Consume, Devour, or Destroy. It Also Stands For Protection and Authority.

The First Word in the Stanza is "Sar", (Prince) as in "Princes persecute me. Princes are people of Power and Authority, and should know better than to persecute the innocent.

Here are Some Wonderful Words That Begin with Shin:

Soos=Joy
Saphah=Lip
Shiva=Seven
Sha'lu=Seek, Ask or Pray For

When You See a Single Shin Standing Alone, as on a Mezuzah, It Stands for El Shaddai, One Of The Glorious Names of the Almighty.

There are a few very interesting Geological features on Planet Earth that almost look like the Letter "Shin". One of them is the Red Sea/Persian Gulf area. Another is the topographical map, showing three valleys and ridges of the City of Jerusalem.

And, last but not least, is Aaron's hand gestures in pronouncing his Blessing (Numbers 6:24-26), which Leonard Nimoy adapted to become the "Vulcan Salute...Live Long and Prosper".

The ordinal value (21) is the same as the gematria of Ehyeh אהיה ("I AM"), and also the gematria of David written in Greek (Δαβιδ).

Not that I would typically mix and match, but in this case the references are a connected in the NT to the same individual who quotes the Shema and is the gate.
