In August of 2015 my 1st grandson Skylar Jason was born. Four very short weeks later he passed away from SIDS. At the funeral my son recounted how he and my daughter-in-law danced alone in the morning light. And he promised that they he would dance with his wife again. This morning at about dawn we got a call from him to say that he has kept his promise, and that they were dancing in the dawn light again. I am equal parts overjoyed and terrified. I ask for two prayer requests, first one of thanksgiving. This is truly our miracle. When I heard the news, the hymn "Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee" came flooding through my mind. Second, may I ask for prayers for the health and well being of the mother and child. Mindy has a heart condition and this will be a high risk pregnancy. Prayers are all I can ask from my fellow Freepers, and I need them more than I ever have.
