The current year of AD 2017 is upon us, and with it comes several important historical anniversary dates for the nation of Israel specifically; and the Gentile nations in general. 2018 is a very significant year as well.
August 31, 2017 marks the 120th anniversary of the First Zionist Congress organized by Theodore Herzl in 1897. Held in Basel , Switzerland , the gathering defied the purpose of Zionism as a movement aimed at obtaining a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine. guaranteed by public law.
Israel will celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, which was issued on November 2, 1917, during World War I. It was put forth by David Lloyd George, prime minister of England , and Arthur Balfour, his foreign secretary. It promised that England would support and help facilitate the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine . The Balfour Declaration was the single most important document in the establishment of the state of Israel .

If it is true, this is freaky! However, in my investigation it looks like there is a little discrepancy between Tish B’Av 1961 (July 23), and Obama’s Birthday in 1961 (Aug 4). Do you have any other details?
I was only noting that the first entry for “August 4” is the destruction of the Temple. And is also BHOs birthday.
Regardless of what Hebrew date that was in 1961, or what the Gregorian date was in the 1st century (well it didn’t even exist back then), that’s what is on “that date” in history.
On the same page as Barack Obama’s birth, is the destruction of the Temple first and foremost. ‘Same page’ indeed.
Furthermore, much is written in Jewish commentaries that the birth of the Messiah (not necessarily his literal physical birth, but his genesis of sorts, on a spiritual level) is the 9th of Av.

I don’t know how much you may be into the Dead sea scrolls, but along with the Scriptural portions there was a treatise called something like:
“The final Battle between the sons of darkness and the sons of light”.
Looks like we may be looking at that real soon.
I’m not nearly as schooled on them as I should be. You’ll have to tell me more.

The Essenes were a community that believed that there would be a big final battle between Good and Evil in the Last Days.
Along with the many Scripture portions that were preserved in the Dead Sea Scrolls, there were also a lot of extra-Biblical writings, community rules, and apocalyptic treatises.
Although these were sectarian writings that were particular to their own community, we see how they may have been tuned into the spiritual warfare that exists today, and seems to be accelerating.

not meaningless.. Muslims get their Friday prayers and Jews and some Christians get their Saturday Sabbath from it.
They certainly don’t get those days from the Koran or Torah or Tanakh.
