Update On East-Tennessee Churches After Fires

Here’s a partial update on churches in the east-Tennessee area near Gatlinburn, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge where the wildfire has damaged so much of the area. We encourage you to please pray for the people there.

Several of their buildings have been damaged or completely destroyed and, of course, members of the churches have had property and homes destroyed as well. Some churches whose buildings have not been burned down or damaged are offering shelter, food, and first aid to those in need in the area.

Please share this post to spread the word on their situation so that people can pray for them.

I am still shocked at the damage in the area. This is a list of the state of some of the churches in that area. I hadn't even thought about it but dome of them have burned down completely or had major damage. Some of them are able to take donations, others are providing shelter and food to those in the area. The aftermath is still bad it seems. Please keep the folks in that area in your prayers.
