I believe that a church ought to want to report to Jesus at the end something more than a mere “Well, we weren’t ‘gay’.” (Or, we didn’t rob banks etc.) Something more like “Thank You Jesus You lifted us out of sin that would have been impossible for us to conquer.”
The issue has to be looked at in this context.
There will be a lot of people who will be thrown into the fire if they don’t repent.
8 But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liarstheir fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.
