Have the place and the people who were exposed against their will blessed with holy water, is my guess
Satanism is atheism, and thus not a 1st Amendment religion.
Islam is against the Constitution, and thus not a 1st Amendment religion.
Enough of this crap.
Good Point!
Having lived in Alaska for quit a while, I understand the freedom and liberty we have here. There is a strong independent spirit that exists here where many people from around the world can feel comfortable. This doesn’t exist elsewhere in the USA. That being said, there are a lot of people who push it to the limits and then go overboard. This is a sad and sick example of that.
Yeow-it is going to take a semi load of sage and cedar to burn for smudging, a tanker truck of holy water to sprinkle all over-and a monsignor and two or three priests praying to purify that building-I can’t believe someone had such an awful idea, or that it was allowed...
The dictionary says that prayer means: “a solemn request for help or expression of thanks addressed to God or an object of worship”.
If the person who gave this invocation (prayer) says she does not believe in God or Satan, then who was she praying to? The answer has to be, “NO ONE”...... thus why even ask her to pray because it was not an invocation at all.... just an exercise in theatrics by this poor woman who does not yet realize that she will spend eternity regretting her mistake.
Just the same we need a constitutional amendment that denies Sharia any legal protection or status.
Absolutely - and I know exactly where to put it: inside the specific definition of what a 1st Amendment religion, is.
And is NOT.
