“BRAVO”, “COME ON IN, GLAD TO HAVE YA”.

Bishop Fatty Arbuckle Dolan on finding out that a football player was out of the closet and told the world he was a sodomite.

It hadn't occurred to me, until now, that Catholic judges, county clerks, and justices of the peace no doubt officiate at civil marriages which are not recognized as "marriages" at all by the Catholic Church, e.g. second- marriages of divorcees whose first marriages the Church would consider indissoluble.

And this isn't just some denominational thing. It was Jesus Christ (four time in Scripture) who denounced these "second-marriages" as adultery.

Officiating at a "gay" "marriage" is in some ways comparable to that.

Keep in mind that there are a number of ways one can be an accessory to another's sin, other than by just jumping in and joining them in it. Among there ways to "co-sin" are:

And it seems to me one could add other ways one could be an accomplice, e.g. ... in short, by formal cooperation, or very proximate material cooperation.

So these questions arise: are judges, justices of the peace, and country clerks who "marry" people who in fact are not eligible to marry each other because they are in fact already married to somebody else, guilty of adultery or bigamy as accessories?

Are judges, justices of the peace, and country clerks who "marry" people who in fact are not eligible to marry each other because they are no a man and a woman, guilty of sodomy as accessories?

Yes, Which is why we are in Very Dark Days, for we all have in some ways contributed to the sins of others without thinking of their Souls. This is why we were called to Help our Brother and Sister, why calling Evil into the Light is so important and we have Failed to do so for the most part. We live in the days where Right is called Wrong and Wrong is called Right.

The Church is/was the Main Light and it has Failed to Stand Strong, instead right now Hell is at its Doors and it is at the weakest it has been for a long, long time. But to fix the Church we have to Fix Ourselves first...

Stop making excuses for Sins, which Kill the Souls, Live for the Next world and Call Evil by its Name, It is Love for thy Brother when one Names Sins, It is Not Love to let your Brother kill their souls living in sins without warning him.

Ezekiel 33:9-11(rvs)
“”So you, son of man, I have made a watchman for the house of Israel; whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me.

If I say to the wicked, O wicked man, you shall surely die, and you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.

But if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way; he shall die in his iniquity, but you will have saved your life.”

God Bless

Canon law only applies to the little people in the Catholic Church.

The Bidens, Kennedys, Pelosis, any Democrat, can abort babies, get divorces, and the cardinals and bishops (all Democmrats) will say it is ok with that.

But not you, the average pester - you will be excommunicated and go to hell.

Probably most in that position never ever even consider it at all. I have often thought that the institution of marriage as it is often practiced today is at least partly in such a state because Catholics just accepted many of the instances where the civil take on it departs from actual marriage. Maybe if a stand would have been made on things like this by folks who treat it differently than the state there would be more precedent for the broader culture to reject things like ‘gay marriage’ now.

Biden went out of his way to become legally qualified to officiate at this pretend wedding.

I did a wedding in D.C. 20 years ago. Since I was not a resident of D.C., I had to get some sort of certificate from the D.C. Government. Biden had to do the same thing—probably on the grounds that he is neither a judge or a clergything.

Of course, nothing will happen to Biden. Wuerl is utterly neutralized because he knows gay activists have photos of him in gay bars. They neutered him years ago in Pittsburgh.

I think your comments are right on target.

You can hardly OK contraceptive marriage, divorce and second (adulterous) marriage, obvious not-committed-for-life marriage (e.g. with pre-nups) and then accuse the GAYS of redefining marriage.

The gays are simply stepping into something which the "straights" (liberals and conservtives, secularists and "religious" of all denominations) have already re-defined beyond all recognition.

WE de-constructed marriage. The gays just said, "Hey, we can get into that."

To answer your last questions:

No. The sodomy is going to take place—is taking place—with or without the cooperation of the Catholic or Christian judge, clerk, florist, etc.

Frankly, I have always thought the florists, bakers, etc., were sticking their necks out farther than is morally obligatory. I do however, note with shame that, AFAIK, NO Catholic florist, baker, etc., has ever emerged in the news. It’s all Protestants. Note also, that NO moral guidance has issued from ANY Catholic bishop.

The article is all about PENALTIES in Canon Law.

Canon 915 is NOT a penal canon. Denial of Communion is not a penalty. Denial of Communion is simply the Communion minister’s decision not to participate in scandal and sacrilege.

Needless to say, all but about ten American bishops are totally AWOL. The Papal Nuncio, the bishop of Wilmington, and Cardinal McCarrick (who is tied with Wuerl as the most notorious homosexual in the American hierarchy) were all at Beau Biden’s funeral, slobbering all over Joe Biden.

The hierarchy of the U.S. is a reeking cesspool. It cannot reform itself. We can thank JPII, primarily, for the stench. He put NO time or effort into appointing good men to the episcopate.

Bergoglio is ignoring his Nuncios around the world, and deliberately appointing men who are WORSE than the ones his Nuncios recommend.

It sounds like the government. Laws are only made for little people. The elites can't be bothered by such trifles.
