Another fraud is Jesus preached and healed for 3 years. It was actually one year.

Any excuse will do.
Wait, I thought it was made abundantly clear to us earlier this year that if you didn't vote for Ted Cruz, then you weren't really saved?
About the faith and works thing. Sorry, but you’re wrong here.
Bkmk
You can be saved and still fall into venial sin; all those who voted for Trump simply need to confess and do penance, and God will use their choice to do His will.
(Please JimRob, I'm JUST KIDDING!)
Mark ( earliest gospel) — one Passover ( one year ministry). Followed by Matthew and Luke. John ( written about 60 years maybe after Jesus) says 3 passovers. Just one of many contradictions and I think it won’t lead many readers astray but —you may Take your choice.

Excellent list!
The scoffers and cultists are legion here on FR, especially with respect to the Rapture & Salvation Theology. Get ready...
#1 >>>1. “I must do _____ to be saved or keep doing _____ to stay saved.”<<<
Salvation is a totally different thing than Redemption:
“Faith without works is dead” ...
We can agree to disagree on that point, may you and yours have a blessed day.
I attend a church my wife calls “the hippy church”.
I like it because they let me wear sandals, and they sell lattes in the foyer, and I can bring my hangover.
It has grown enormously in the few years we have been attending, so much so that it has lost it’s core appeal. A lot of young people go there, and I got this odd feeling from all the chicks, as if they were looking to hook up or something. They are searching, but it ain’t God they’re looking for.
My friend informed me it’s part of the “Jesus is my boyfriend” demographic: They don’t want God. They want to feel safe, and maybe get laid if all goes well.
"See how a person is justified by works and not by faith alone." James 2:24
Yeah, that is the other book Luther wanted removed from the Bible.
The whole “don’t judge” thing is even more ridiculous when Matthew 7 is read just a little further down the chapter:
Mat 7:6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
These aren’t four-legged critters Christ is referring to. He’s commanding us to JUDGE whether certain people are “dogs” or “swine” and then refrain from evangelizing them once we know them for what they are.
“Swine” is easy, of course: Someone who insists on wallowing in his filth. “Dogs” is a euphemism for “male prostitute” in Hebrew. Christ spoke Aramaic, closely related to Hebrew.
Exactly. IMHO, both are necessary.
To me, Faith is the operative portion from God.... but the balance of OUR accountability is reflected to my mind in the statement “Faith without works is dead.” God makes His promise that our Faith is necessary for salvation... and that we must also have works as well.
If we have Faith, salvation IS granted. Works will not earn it, but works WILL serve as our ratification of His glory and magnificence. When we have genuine Faith, we actually WANT to perform works in His name. It is a condition of heart and oneness with Him. It is also true that sometimes those works, - especially unpleasant ones - while they don’t EARN salvation, nevertheless, the performing of them requires a certain discipline and setting of self aside. LOL! Maybe that is why we are called “disciples” if we are truly seeking to follow Him! Sometimes it ain’t easy!
I respect the debates about various interpretations which people place on these various Biblical scriptures.
I have my beliefs, and I adhere to them. They feed me, and I feel close to the Lord; I know and trust that I am saved. I also know that as I apply the scriptures in my life to the best of my ability I have error. I know that each of us is pretty much in the same boat.
I have the belief that the Lord reaches us through many means. As long as a soul is truly searching and placing their hand into Our Lord’s hand, then each shall be shown by Him what is the path each as a disciple individually must adhere to. He is our Shepherd. He WILL reveal the Truth to all as each one seeks and becomes open each day to His Higher Truth. Because of our density, sometimes we have quite a task to remove the impediments from entering into His Higher understanding. “Let that mind be in you which also is in Christ Jesus.”
Blessings to all here in our common search - for we are one in the Body of God and His Christ! Our Father is so magnificent and he truly IS the Father of us all, we who love Him! We ARE brothers and sisters in our Lord.
God Bless you abundantly!

The carnal man asks, "what must I do?"
The Man from Heaven responds, "the work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."
What does it mean to "believe" to you? James 2:19 "You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe thatand shudder." Surely, there is more to belief than mere knowledge.
Belief is an action word. If you believe, you will do and there is much that we have been commanded to do.
Matt 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."
Matt 12:50 "For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.
Luke 12:47 "The servant who knows the masters will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows."
