Its a massive victory more than six months in the making. Sergeant First Class Charles Martland a decorated war hero who faced expulsion from the Army for defending a child has been exonerated and will be allowed to remain in the U.S. military.
We have been aggressively advocating for SFC Martland for more than six months, and now weve helped achieve a significant victory for this Green Beret war hero.
SFC Martland faced expulsion from the Army for defending a child from sexual abuse and confronting an admitted sexual predator in Afghanistan. The ACLJ argued that his actions stopping the perpetrator who was violating Afghan law and forcibly removing him from a U.S. military base were heroic.

Remember how Obola dealt with Seal Team Six when they became inconvenient?
Thanks to all that were praying for SFC Martland.
Thanks Congressman Duncan Hunter for all his assistance.
A little bit of sanity under this jackass CIC.
B.S. A wrong has been corrected, but until the names of every swinging Richard that investigated and had a part in the original decision are made public, this is not a victory. Victory means you have defeated your enemies, not that you have pulled one of your own out of the direct line of fire. People have a warped sense of accomplishment. The people who participated in the original decision should never even consider sending their promotion packs up the chain for endorsement ever again. That would be a victory.

That depends on which career you’re talking about. :-)
Sheepdog bump!
Good news to be certain. But not sure why this is posted in the Religion Forum.
Hear! Hear!
It should never have gotten this far. Trump needs to replace the military leadership!!
The goal in all this was to keep him from being expelled, not to string up those who brought the charges against him.
But I agree. Every brass-hatted clown who tried to ruin his career should have their names put out in the daylight, if not swinging from a lamppost.
