Denver, Colo., Mar 10, 2016 / 12:19 am (CNA).- It was a powerful, solemn scene at Planned Parenthood in Stapleton, Colorado on Saturday morning as Denver Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila led some 1,800 Catholics in a Eucharistic procession seven times around the abortion clinic.
It was truly a moment of grace, a moment of blessing, a moment of praying to our Lord that hearts may be changed, Archbishop Aquila said. It was wonderful to see how many turned out today.

We Catholics don’t do enough of this.
Processions used to be common, and a great way to build solidarity, as well as a public manifestation.
I agree!
I’m not catholic, but I say kudos to them!
Obviously this is a hate crime designed to keep women from their constitutional right to kill the unborn. I believe it’s Amendment 1.5.
I agree, not as a slam on Catholics, but as a means of pulling out the beam from my own Lutheran eye--we Lutherans don't do any of this either, and it needs doing. I wonder if the Archbishop would have been, or would be willing to join with other Eucharistic churches (Orthodox, Anglican, Lutheran) in similar non-violent civil actions.
Thank you, Salvation! Absolutely perfect!!
Joshua 6: 1-27 for the history of “seven times around” processions.
While the CPUSA goons in Chicago will be called “protesters,” these devout, peaceful Catholics will be referred to as “terrorists.” Wait and see.
